Abstract The Dublin San Ramon Wastewater Treatment Plant serves the residents of the Dublin San Ramon Services District (District) and the City of Pleasanton on a contract basis. The activated sludge secondary treatment plant is located near Interstates 680 and 58 in Pleasanton. The average dry-weather flow (ADWF) capacity of the plant is 9 million gallons per day (mgd), and the peak wet-weather flow capacity utilizing flow equalization is 18 mgd.1
